All-Cure Mist is an unlockable active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On useGrants a random effect for the floor:

Ignis: Isaac loses half red heart per 20s. All enemies bleeds. Bleeding enemies takes additional damage based on how many red hearts Isaac has. Less red hearts deals more damage.

Aqua: Bomb pickups has a chance to be replaced by Heart (soul). Destroying obstacles has a chance to spawn Heart (half soul). (Chance is based on how many items Isaac has)

Terra: -15% Enemies HP. Before taking damage, 30% chance to trigger VII - The Chariot?.

Aero: Remove all curses, and grants Curse of the Blind!. All items becomes Angel Room items and must be free.

Quicksilver: Isaac will gramt random hearts upon room clear. He may grants 1 broken heart, or gots all broken hearts removed.

Salt: Enemies have a chance to spawn poison cloud or explosion upon taking damage.

Sulfur: Some room may inflict curse of the mist (that temporarily remove all items from Isaac). In these rooms Isaac triggers Sulfur depending on how many item removed.

Phosphorus: All items becomes items removed from all itempools.

This item contributes towards the Burn myself like my Savior transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac grants Searing aura (damaging enemies and has a chance to spawn black hearts) upon colliding with fireplaces.
