Reflexive Sting is an active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldEnemies die from blue flies spawns 3 more blue flies.

On useConsume 1 blue fly and shoots a Queen Stinger bullet that deals 2× Isaac's damage, and inflict poison.

Enemy killed by the Queen Stinger bullet spawns 3 blue flies.

When having more than 16 blue flies, consumes all of them, making Isaac becomes a invincible Hive Cluster that deals 10% damage per tick, and inflict poison, burn, confusion to enemies inside.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
