Bulb-shaped Candy is an unlockable trinket in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Grants Candy Heart.

While held Upon room clear, 10% × TrinketMultiplier + 1% × LuckStat chance to additionally spawns a random heart pickup.

Isaac can no longer pick up any other trinkets. if playing with REP+ ver REPENTOGON, Isaac is not allowed to drop this trinket on his own.

If Isaac tries to swallow this trinket, remove it and spawns Mars Candy Bars.

Unlocks Candy Heart

The creating of Bulb-shaped candy is based on some incidents that someone tries to gulp a whole bulb, but got it stucked in their mouths.
... and yeah, this candy really exists in the real life.
Later, people may use \"Bulb\" to describe something with serious consequences, but when someone being told about these things, they may still wanna try and see how serious the consequence will be.
For example, "Do not try to make a mod in REP+" =)
