Overloaded Confessional is an unlockable trinket in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

All machines are replaced by Confessionals.

Upon entering new rooms, pickups inside has a chance to be replaced by Confessionals.

Interacting with Confessional has a 20% × TrinketMultiplier chance to spawn random heart pickups.

The final payout of Confessional additionally offers a random item that was greatly changed in the Repentance+ DLC

Unlocks Confessional

This item is a reference to TBOI Repentance+ DLC. This DLC has updated various tweaks: item quality changes, many effect buffs, new sound effects, etc. However, this DLC was not quite friendly to most TBOI mod makers (TBOI itself was just not friendly to mod makers, and REP+ makes it worse.), just like: "Hey we've added so many things so why do we still need all those mods?"
