Decoy Effect - The Binding of Isaac

Decoy Effect is a passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon entering a room, all shop item pedestrals cycles between 3 choices.

The second choice will be an item with no higher quality than the original one.

The third choice will be a random quality-0 item (ignore weight and itempool).
