Ill Luck is a passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac has a chance to fire a "凶" -shaped tear, that inflicts luck down on enemies.
The chance is equal to 1 / LuckStat+4. When at 0 luck, the chance will be 25%, and when at -3 luck or lower, the chance becomes 100%.

Enemies' attack has a LuckDowns ÷ 13 chance to not hurt Isaac, familiars or friendly enemies.

In some situations (check them in Synergies), the "凶" may rotate, creating different shape and offering additional effects:
• "区" (right): Chance to turn enemies it hit into maggot enemies (the chance is based on enemies' luck). Bosses will spawn maggots, and have its health reduced.
• "冈" (down): Reverse enemies' luck stat, and removing health equal to how many luck stat was added / removed.
• "丒" (left): Clear enemies' luck down, and gains random status effects per -1 luck removed.
