Inopportuned Nostalgic is a passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Future items have a 1/6 chance to be replaced by childish items.

When picking up a childish item or Breakfast:
• +25% tears multiplier.
• Shows a random nightmare and gains a corresponding Trauma. These trauma may be stackable.

List of all Traumas
• Suffocate - -10% damage multiplier.
• Multi-Trick - Any projectile has a +10% chance to respawn when landed or collided with obstacles, and will targeted at Isaac. The respawned projectiles won't retrigger this effect.
• Cursed Gift - When entering a new room, 20% chance to turn one item into poop. Then this Trauma is depleted.
• Pratfall - -5 luck.
• Unexpected Trouble - Instantly takes 1 heart's damage. This can be penalty but not lethal.
• Taunt - Remove every Childish item Isaac has when triggered.
• Fatal Absent - 4 future items will be low quality.
• Fracture - -0.15 speed. -1.25 range.
• Momma's Boy - +1 broken heart.
• Food Poisonous - Turn all heart containers into soul hearts when triggered. If playing as Bethany, keeps 1 heart container.
• Imposter Syndrome - Abortion pill may appear in the pill effect's pool.
• Phonism - Some sound effects may be replaced by Isaac's hurt sound.
• Circumcision - Turn all black hearts into empty heart containers when triggered.
• Secret No More - Turn all secret rooms in current floor into empty rooms.
• Abuse - Remove all Childish items from all itempool.
• Judgement Day - 1 holy light beam will appear in random position every second.
• Deja Vu - +10% chance to prevent Isaac triggering Active items, cards or pills' effects, causing him to waste charge or consumables.
