Murder Diary item
Murder Diary is an unlockable active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On use
For each Deaths of the current game file has, +0.01 damage.
For each Low quality item (quality 0) Isaac has, +0.1 damage.
For each Negative streak count, +1 damage.
Every time Isaac takes non-self damage while holding this item, +10% damage multiplier.

Complete mod challege: Sacrificial Ceremony.
