Hook of Hypocrite item
Hook of Hypocrite is an active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
The first use do not consume charge. Isaac enters Relieving state.
Relieving state
Upon clearing a room:
+1 luck.
If Isaac has at least 1 broken heart, then remove 1 broken heart.
If Isaac has no broken hearts, +1 Soul Heart.
Upon taking non-self damage during relieving state, turn all luck bonus into permanent fire rate, add all broken hearts that got removed during the relieving state, and all soul hearts gained during relieving state turns into broken hearts. Then remove the charge of this item and quit the Relieving state.
If Isaac was in relieving state, use again to quit the state without any negative efffect.
