Surrogacy Conception is an unlockable trinket in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While held Isaac turns into Pregnant state.

-0.15 speed.
Clearing a room has 1/6 chance to add 1 broken heart.
After clearing 10 rooms, spawn a random baby item. Then Isaac quits pregnant state if he no longer holds Surrogacy Conception.
