The Lunatic's Diary item
The Lunatic's Diary is an active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Triggers Soul of Magdalene on use.
For the room, picking up red hearts grants Isaac permanent damage up, +0.5% damage multiplier per half heart.
Red hearts can also be collected when Isaac has no empty heart container. This will offer doubled damage up.
