V - Heresy is an unlockable consumable in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Enters Searing State for 30s.

Isaac grants a damage aura that deals DamageStat + EnemyHP × 9.11% damage to enemies inside per 0.33 seconds.

If the damage is lethal, 37.1213% chance to spawn a Black Heart.

After 30s, Isaac may still keep the damage aura for the room, but the aura can no longer spawn black hearts.
