VIII - Controlless consumable
VIII - Controlless is a consumable in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac enters Roaring Mode that lasts for 5s:
+1 broken heart per second.
×9 damage multiplier.
×4 tears multiplier.
Isaac can block 1 damage during Roaring Mode, and immediately ends Roaring Mode.
If Isaac did not take any damage during the Roaring Mode, remove all broken hearts.

Trivia
This tarot mainly references to XI - Strength instead of VIII - Justice. That's because in Chinese (or probably in most eastern country?) Strength is the 8th tarot card instead of Justice.
If you have any problem, just bear in mind that mist tarot cards are just some counterfeits...
