XVIII - Lunar Moon is an unlockable consumable in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Gains 3 moon orbitals.

The moon orbital deals contact damage equals to Isaac's damage stat.

The moon orbital will block any tears and projectiles. When it blocks any bullet that's not fired by any other moon orbitals, it shoots a circle of 16 rock tears that deals 7.5 damage.

Defeat Hush as Oucal Garlin.

The sprite of the moon orbitals references to Zaratana from Mewgenics. Any other similarities between this effect and Zaratana (e.g. Both of them shoot rocks upon taking damage) are all coincidences.
