Makes Isaac immune to contact damage.

Enemies with contact damage will have a 15% chance to gain a random Mulligan's on-death effect.

Enemies spawned later in the room will have a 0.5% chance to gain a Mulligan's on-death effect.

These on-death effects may include:
• Mulligan
• Mulligoon
• Mulliboom
• Hive
• Drowned Hive
• Holy Hive
• Nest
• Prey
• Mullighoul
• Fartigan
