The first damage enemy taken will inflict bleeding to them, and additionally deals damage to them.

Bleeding enemies takes × 1.35 damage. Dealing damage to bleeding enemy will extend the bleeding duration by 1s.

Upon taking damage, this item becomes Shard of Glass and additionally deals damage to Isaac.
