Minimun at 1% chance with -3 luck. Maximun at 100% chance.

Septic enemies takes + EnemyLosenHP / EnemyMaxHP × 1.875 times more damage during the effect. This means that enemy with less HP remains will take more additional damage.
Maximun at +1.5 times.

This item contributes towards the Guppy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and spawn a Blue Fly 66% of the time when a tear hits an enemy.
