Horologium is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac has a chance to fire a time-stop tear.

Time-stop tears will pause enemies on hit for 1.5 seconds. Hitting an enemy already paused will refresh the duration time.

The chance to fire a time-stop tear equals to 8 × LuckStat - 30 and will not go below 10% or above 50%

Isaac will pause the entire room for 3 seconds upon taking damage.

After picking up this item, entering the next floor will change the in-game timer back to that when Isaac picked up this item.

Bosses cannot receive immunity against the pause effect.

Similar to Pause, the time-stop effect can also pause a Blue / Purple Fire Place and thus make them able to be put off. White Fire Places, however, cannot be put off this way.

Paused Host and Mobile Hosts will still take explosion damage when lowered.
