Maggot Nest is an active item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On use Spawns a Maggot near Isaac.

This Maggot turns into a random friendly fly enemy after 2 seconds.

These friendly flies may include Attack Fly, Pooter, and Sucker, and will die after 4 seconds.

While held Automatically triggers 0-3 times upon taking damage.

Automatically triggers 0-6 times every 30 seconds.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
