Consumption Downgrade is an active item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Cannot be recharged normally. Only recharges automatically upon entering a new floor.

On use Makes pickups in the room become a random pickup with lower quality, and makes their cost 0.

If there is no pickup with lower quality, 35% chance to make it disappear.

Makes items in the room with quality 2 or more become another item with -1 quality.

Turns quality 0 items into trinkets, and quality 1 items into golden trinkets.
