Nanodust is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+1 tears.

Grants piercing tears.

Tears deal damage in a new way:
• Every tear will have 1.0 basic damage. This can be affected by Jawbreaker and the like.
• Deals additional damage to an enemy equal to that enemy's HP x N%. N is equal to 3x Isaac's damage.

For example, a 10 damage stat will deal additional damage equal to 30% HP, while a 33+ damage stat will immediately kill all enemies in one hit.
