Non-responsible Aggregates is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a pair of buttons at the starting room with 2 different Proposals that are going to happen next floor.

Pressing the button means voting for the Proposal instead of immediately choosing it.

There are 201 votes in the beginning: 101 for the A Proposal, and 100 for the B Proposal.

Pressing the button to make at most 80 votes to change their minds.

Isaac is forced to vote for one of them.

Upon returning to the beginning room after Isaac votes, 2 Vote Beggars will appear.

Paying 5¢ to one of them will make (-5 ~ 50) votes to change their minds to support Isaac's Proposal.

Killing one of them will cause the corresponding Proposal to lose all votes. The vote will no longer change, but there will no longer have any Proposals and Vote Beggars in the future.

The vote will automatically change every 1.5 seconds:
• Radicalness (10%): 16 Blue votes turn into Red.
• Conservative (20%): 8 Red votes turn into Blue.
• Conformity (50%): the Proposal with fewer votes will lose 4.
• Innovative (10%): the Proposal with more votes will lose 4.
• Onlooker (10%): Nothing happens.

Same proposals will not appear in one run if possible.

Bugs

The vote beggars are actually reskined version of normal Beggars, which resulted that some mods containing beggars that can replace normal beggars can also try to replace vote beggars.
