Phantom Wing item
Phantom Wing is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Adds a charge meter that fills up while shooting. During this period, Isaac will lock on several enemies around him.
If Isaac has a homing tear effect, he will lock on enemies in the whole room.
Dash Releasing the fire buttons when fully charged will cause Isaac to dash towards all locked enemies.
The dash deals DamageStat × SpeedStat × 0.3 per 0.07 seconds, and DamageStat × SpeedStat × 1.5 to locked enemies.
Isaac's speed stat will also influence the charging speed and dash speed.
