Storm Access is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Adds a charge meter that fills up while shooting. Releasing the fire buttons when fully charged fires 3 Storms.

The Storm deals 20% of Isaac's damage per 0.2 seconds, and will blow away enemies and projectiles.

Blown enemies will also take 300% of Isaac's damage when they hit the ground, or 6000% damage if they fall on obstacles or pits and do not have flight.

The storm deals 30% of Isaac's damage per 0.07 seconds to enemies that are anchored to the ground, but cannot blow them away.

Enemies that die from falling damage have a 30% chance to drop a random card.

Multiple Storm Access One additional Storm is fired for each copy of this item.
