Shackles item
Shackles is an active item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Marks all enemies' locations for 20 seconds.
Enemies that leave the marked location will be teleported back.
Enemies that are anchored to the ground will receive 50% of Isaac's damage if teleported.
