Runner is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+0.2 speed.

If Isaac keeps moving, every 2.5 seconds, he gets +0.01 flat damage, +15 at most.

If Isaac stops moving for 2.5 seconds, every 0.5 seconds, he loses 0.01 flat damage from this item.
