Description
On pickup
Grants a full extra charge.
On use
There are 2 possibilities:
• If succeeded, gives all items that cost money in the current room a discount. Does not consume charges.
• If failed, loses all discounts and takes 1 charge from the item.
100% chance to succeed if no discount from this item exists in this room.
The more discounts from this item exist in the current room, the less chance this item will succeed.
The chance to succeed cannot go below 80%.
