Back to the Future is an unlockable passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac grants the ability to pick up the ghostly item (similar to Flip).

Upon entering a new room, SpeedStat × 15% / 0.88 chance to spawn a ghostly item that may appear in the future.
Picking up the ghostly item will change the item that may appear in the future.

This item references the movie Back to the Future. In the earlier version (even before Anna was designed), this item can record at most 180 Isaac's tears, bombs and lazers fires in 30s after entering a room. When Isaac enters another room with same shape, replay all the records.
