Anna is an unlockable character in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Nanomachine Symbiont (consumable slot)

Anna can equip 1 symbiont each part (head, upper limb, body, lower limb), 4 symbionts at most.

Anna has the ability to fly with 1 or less symbionts. If no symbionts is equipped, Anna can also ignore piles.

Anna cannot pick up any pickups (except for collectibles) with 1 or less symbionts. If no symbionts is equipped, Anna cannot even collide with them.

2 Symbionts is required for Anna to pick up trinkets and consumables.

Shoots spectral tears with 2 or less symbionts. Shoots piercing tears with 1 ore less symbionts.

On the starting room of every floor, 2 random toolkits will be sold at the cost of 10¢.

As a "tainted" version of Jill, Anna is also a reference to VA-11 HALL-A:Cyberpunk Bartender Action.
Anna's full name is Anna Graem. She is a ghost that can only be caught sight of by Jill. She used to suffer from Nanomachine Rejection, causing her to lose 1 arm and 5 toes.
