Starting items
Cocktail Shaker (consumable slot)
Description
The duration of drinks from Cocktail Shaker only decreases upon attacks. Each tear fired reduces the remaining duration by 0.17 seconds. This effect also applies to other attack types.
Immune to the Tipsy effect from Cocktail Shaker.
How to unlock?
Identified at least 9 pills in one run without PHD or False PHD.

Trivia
With the BTC-Issued Liver Implant, Jill is able to drink lots of liquor without getting drunk.
The achievement for unlocking Jill is called "Furious Cocktail". This is a reference to Minecraft.
