Submission Flag is an active item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Using it in an uncleared room without successfully surrendering will begin to surrender.

While surrendering, Isaac's speed is decreased. Pressing a shooting key or taking damage will interrupt the surrender and cause it to fail.

Successfully surrendering will open the doors and spawn room clear rewards, making the room considered to be cleared.

Isaac can still clear the surrendered room to grant another room-clear reward before leaving the room.

The time for a surrender depends on the room's size: 4 seconds for a small room, 6 seconds for a medium-sized one, and 12 seconds for a large room.

If any boss enemy exists in the room, the time for surrender increases by 150%.
