Symbiont Doctor is an unlockable machine in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Costs half a heart to play. Prioritizes red hearts first.

Starting from Chapter 4, costs a full heart to play.

Not having enough HP to play can kill Isaac.

Possible payouts
• 40% - Random Symbiont pickup (Has 40% chance to attach a random Positive Tag).
• 20% - Random battery.
• 15% - Random pill.
• 25% - Final payout.

On Hard Mode, the first payout will happen after at least 6 donations, and any subsequent payout requires at least 3. On other modes, payout may happen anywhere between 1-8 donations.

Final payout
• +35% chance for an Angel Room.
• Item with tech Tag.

When destroyed
• +35% chance for an Angel/Devil Deal.
• Spawns several random pickups.
