Book of Secrets? is an unlockable active item in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Has a 65% chance to activate Book of Secrets, or 35% to do nothing.
If Birthright is held as Crice, it instead has the following chances:
• 65% → activates Book of Secrets.
• 30% → activates Crystal Ball and The Book of Sin.
• 5% → does nothing.
How to unlock?
Defeat Hush as Crice.
