Guardian angel is an unlockable passive item in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Before a fatal hit that would result in death - negates the damage, grants invulnerability for 10 seconds, summons 25 beams of light similar to Crack the Sky, heals 5 Red Hearts or Black Hearts if health is full, and uses many effects of Gabriel's Power.

Disappears after its effects have been activated.

If all completion marks are obtained as Fallen Gabriel, it converts into Guardian angel? instead of disappearing.

Complete every mark as Gabriel.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
