Unholy Mantle item
Unholy Mantle is a passive item in Ephemera, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Negates the first hit taken once per room if the damage was caused by an enemy.
Deals contact damage equal to DamageStat × 10.
Cannot be used to enter Curse Rooms, open Spiked Chests, play 
Blood Donation Machines, or play 
Devil Beggars for free.
Transformations
Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
