Delirious Die Dispenser item
Delirious Die Dispenser is an unlockable active item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a random Dice Capsule and rerolls all other Dice Capsules in the room.
Has a 5% chance to be spawned as a final reward by a 
Dice Machine.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mega Satan as Tarnished Isaac.
