Dusty Chest is an unlockable pickup in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Requires a Soul Heart to open. If Isaac has only Half a Soul Heart, it will unlock it for half the price.

The Lost and its variants can open the chest for free.

Keeper and its variants can open the chest for 10¢.

Possible drops
• 30.77% → 1-3 Souls or Essences + 50% chance for a trinket.
• 23.08% → 1-3 Nickels + 50% chance for a trinket.
• 23.08% → 1-2 Soul Hearts + 50% chance for a trinket.
• 15.38% → Item from the Dusty Chest item pool.
• 7.69% → Haunted Chest or Old Chest.

Defeat Mega Satan as Tarnished Lost.
