Essence of Magdalene consumable
Essence of Magdalene is an unlockable consumable in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Fires a barrage of Cardiac Arrest shots that can be controlled with the shooting buttons.
Each tear in the barrage deals damage that scales with Isaac's damage and increases over time.
The barrage lasts for 8 seconds.
How to unlock?
Defeat Hush and Boss Rush as 
Tarnished Magdalene.
