Final Wishes is an unlockable active item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Converts the nearest item pedestal into 3-7 random pickups and grants 3 wishes.

Whenever another item pedestal is encountered, a wish will be used in exchange for the pedestal cycling between 2 items of which only one can be picked up.

Can also cycle pedestals that were previously encountered, or even in the same room.

Up to 5 wishes can be held at a time. They are represented by the item in the HUD having more or less lines of text.

Attempting to convert additional pedestals when having 5 wishes will not convert them but will deplete the item's charges.

Cannot convert items with the quest tag.

Shop and Devil Deal items can also cycle through.

Golden variant Grants a choice of 3 cycling items per pedestal.

Defeat Isaac, ???, Satan, and The Lamb as Tarnished Cain.
