Giant Puffball is an unlockable passive item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants Isaac a 20% chance to shoot tears that magnify enemies.

Magnified enemies grow 50% larger over the course of 1 second, they become 75% heavier, and 20% slower.

Magnified enemies also deal 1 contact damage per tick (30 per second) to other enemies.

Enemies remain magnified for 20 seconds.

Does not work on bosses.

Achieve Milestone #1 by unlocking 20% of Epiphany's achievements.

This item contributes towards the Fun Guy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac +1 full red heart container.
