Plasma Ball is an unlockable passive item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a 20% chance for tears to apply the electrify status effects on enemies.

The chance goes up to 100% with 12 luck.

Electrified enemies shoot beams of electricity toward nearby enemies.

The zaps deal 20% of Isaac's damage, and are shot 3.75 times per second.

They can bounce off to 6 additional enemies, with each zap dealing less damage based on the original one's damage, divided by the number of bounces.

Zapping persists for 6 seconds.

The enemy that is electrified also receives 20% of Isaac's damage with each zap.

Achieve Milestone #3 by unlocking 60% of Epiphany's achievements.
