Shred is an active item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Acquired by using Hold while empty in the starting room of a run as Tainted ???.

Can only be used as Tainted ???. Attempting to pick it up as any other character will make them die.

This is an Epiphany unlock challenge item - picking it up will disable achievements for the rest of the run, and display the Epiphany door icon on the HUD.

Converts Tainted ???'s poop spell into creep based on the poop type.
