Anal Fissure is an unlockable passive item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a stationary butthole in uncleared rooms.

When touched by Isaac, it spews creep around it and launches tears high into the air for 25 seconds, after which it disappears.

The type of creep and tears can be any of Tarnished ???'s types, with a 10% chance of being mixed.

The tears deal 3.5 damage and have spectral and homing properties.

Defeat The Beast as Tarnished ???.
