Party Popper is an unlockable passive item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants 3-4 temporary familiars whenever an item pedestal spawns.

The types of familiars that can be granted are: Blue Fly (any variant of Fly Trap), Blue Spider, Dip (any variant), Minisaac.

Blue Flies and Blue Spiders spawned by this item have a 20% chance of being golden variants.

Does not grant any familiars when priced items spawn, and does not work on the Death Certificate floor.

Also works retroactively for old item pedestals after picking up the item.

Familiars may only be granted for up to 4 pedestals in a room.

Achieve Milestone #1 by unlocking 20% of Epiphany's achievements.
