Sharp Rock is a passive item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

How to obtain Can be obtained on the first floor of a run when playing as Tainted Cain. A random rock will be replaced with a sharp-looking rock that, when bombed, spawns the item.

It permanently replaces Bag of Crafting with Throwing Bag in the pocket active slot for the rest of the run.

Can only be used as Tainted Cain. Attempting to pick it up as any other character will make them quickly bleed out and die.

This is an Epiphany unlock challenge item - picking it up will disable achievements for the rest of the run, and display the Epiphany door icon on the HUD.

While heldThe obtained version of Throwing Bag can only be spun around to deal damage and consume nearby items - it cannot be thrown.

When an enemy dies (does not have to be caused by the bag), they have a 30% chance of dropping Wheat. Bosses will instead always drop 10 Wheat.

A Wheat counter is displayed on the HUD, demanding 70 Wheat to be collected.

The game will attempt to spawn a Sacrifice Room on each floor.

Sacrifice Rooms appear different, containing 2 sheep enemies that can only be damaged by swinging the bag, and replacing the spikes in the middle with a unique item pedestal.

Touching the pedestal will donate all current Wheat held and decrease the total required amount.

Once 70 Wheat is donated in total, the pedestal will take away all items, trinkets and pickups before taking Tainted Cain to a boss fight against Abel.

Defeating Abel will convert his corpse into Tarnished Cain who is unlocked upon touching the corpse. Damaging the sheep will damage Abel as well.
