Turnover is an unlockable active item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Opens up a shop in the current room, spawning in items and pickups for sale along with a Keeper statue in the middle.

Further usages in the same room will upgrade the shop, rerolling the old ones and spawning in new items for sale.

The amount of pennies required for using the item is displayed with a golden note icon on the HUD - not having enough will play a buzzer sound and do nothing.

The shops can sell items, trinkets, pickups (including different variations such as Giga Bombs) and consumables (cards/pills).

There is a 3% chance for an item to appear discounted. The chance increases with Isaac's luck at a rate of +1% for every 2 luck.

Cannot be used in uncleared rooms and will display X instead of a price.

When used in a Devil Deal, items will cost heart containers instead, and other pickups will appear surrounded in spikes similar to A Pound of Flesh.

The cost for using the item varies depending on the type of the room, and the current level of the shop. It is doubled upon reaching Chapter 4.

Normal rooms can be upgraded up to 5 times. The final upgrade is represented with a golden keeper statue that can be bombed twice, and the upgrade price showing X.

Item pedestals cannot appear for sale when used in a normal room.

A beggar or a machine can spawn with certain shop upgrades.

Items are selected from the current room's item pool, except for the following which have their own custom item pools:
• Vault room: Vault Turnover
• Dice room: Dice Room Turnover
• Bedroom room: Bedroom Turnover
• Sacrifice room: Sacrifice Room Turnover

If used in the starting room of Depths II, 0 - The Fool is a guaranteed spawn on the first shop level.

Golden variant Reduces the cost for using the item by 1/3rd.

Earn all completion marks as Tarnished Keeper.
