D3 is a familiar in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a large blue triangular die that orbits around Isaac and rerolls any of Isaac's tears that pass through it, granting a variety of random effects:
• Applies a random color and appearance.
• Multiplies the tear's damage by 0.5x-1.5x.
• Multiplies the tear's shot speed by 0.1x-1.5x.
• Applies up to 10 random tear effects based on random chance. The chance to apply 1 effect is 10/55, to apply 2 is 9/55, then 8/55, etc., all the way to 1/55 for 10 effects.

A single tear can only be rerolled once.

Lasers will be rerolled as well, applying a random laser variant.
