Emoji Glasses is a passive item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Each tear fired by Isaac resembles a different emoji with a unique corresponding effect.

Tears cycle through 3 random emojis at a time. Every 2 seconds one of the emojis in the cycle is replaced with another one.

The possible emoji effects are as follows:

Joy: flies in an arc and rapidly shoots small tears in a circle pattern that deal 1/3rd of Isaac's damage.

Crocodile: very slow-moving, piercing tear, with infinite range.

Chick: Flat Stone effect.

Sunglasses: arced tear that accelerates away from enemies.

Imp: arced tear that has a 20% chance to do a critical hit that deals 5x Isaac's damage.

Grimace: arced tear that applies a bruising effect for 2 seconds, causing enemies to receive +1 damage from all sources.

Walk: homing tear that accelerates at enemies at high speed, and has 3x knockback.

Weird: Rubber Cement effect, extended range.

Sick: flies in an arc and creates green damaging creep upon landing that rapidly deals Isaac's amount of damage, and lasts 1 second.

Boot: Knockout Drops effect.

Sax: makes a boink sound effect on impact.

Bug: tears change directions erratically each tick, and deal 1.5x Isaac's damage.

Gift: arced tear that spawns either a Blue Fly, Blue Spider, or Blue Skuzz on impact, up to 5 at a time.

Horse: very high velocity tear.

Nerd: Rotten Tomato, Wiggle Worm and Brain Worm effects.

Heart Eyes: arced tear that charms enemies.

Kawaii: Sinus Infection effect.

Thinking: Eye of the Occult effect, and no falling speed (greatly increased range).

Invisible: piercing and spectral tear.

Gun: gun tear that automatically rotates and shoots bullets at enemies while mid-air, that deal 50% of Isaac's damage.
