Evil Beggar is an unlockable machine in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Costs an entire Red Heart container or Bone Heart to play.

If Isaac has no red hearts, it will take 2 Soul Hearts.

Not having enough HP to play can kill Isaac.

Has a 40% chance to pay out with an item from the Devil Room item pool. The chance increases to 56% with the second donation, and 100% with the third.

When playing as Keeper or Tainted Keeper, the beggar will instead cost 15¢ to play.

Cannot be played as The Lost or Tainted Lost.

Does not affect Angel Room chances.

Cannot be destroyed. Attempting to bomb it will make it spawn a Troll Bomb and leave.
