Fiend Mix is an unlockable active item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Converts half of Isaac's health into Fiend Minions that transform back to their respective heart type upon clearing the room.
How to unlock?
Defeat Satan as Fiend.
